It seems that “nanodiamonds” are now being used to help patients recover more effectively after a root canal treatment. After a root canal is performed, the tooth is highly susceptible to infection; however this new treatment has shown to decrease adverse reactions tremendously. And we all thought diamonds were just a woman’s best friend. Now it seems diamonds may be everybody’s best friend!
